2. Purpose
Application in Intumescent Coatings
(1) Due to its extremely low water solubility, it is especially suitable for use as an acid source for intumescent coatings. The intumescent coatings on steel structures can meet the DIN4102 fire rating; it can also be used as an intumescent coating on wood or plastic.
(2) Applied to adhesives and sealants, 15-20% APP can show good flame retardancy.
(3) Applied to polyurethane foam, it is a very suitable halogen-free flame retardant.
(4) used in fiber substrate (such as: paper, wood products), epoxy resin or unsaturated resin thermosetting resin.
3. Packaging, transportation and storage
Packing: inner plastic and outer woven coated bags, net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Transportation: This product is a non-dangerous product. It is protected from moisture, rain and packaging damage during transportation.
Storage: Store in dry and ventilated warehouse.
