3.5 zinc borate water molecular formula: 2ZnO • 3B2O3 • 3.5H2O molecular weight: 434.51. Zinc borate is an inorganic additive flame retardant, which is characterized by good thermal stability, I .e. flame retardant and smoke elimination. It can replace antimony trioxide in some products and can also be used in conjunction with other inorganic flame retardants with better effect. Anhydrous zinc borate molecular structure formula is 2ZnO · 3B2O3, white powder, excellent fluidity, temperature resistance to 600 ℃, low heat release rate. Very low water solubility, no migration, and excellent charring performance, can be compounded with other additives into halogen-free expansion flame retardant, can be used as a high processing temperature polymer (polyether ketone, polyalum, polyester, nylon, fluorine-containing polymer, etc.) excellent flame retardant and smoke suppression agent.

3.Use
3.1. As a multifunctional synergistic additive of antimony oxide or other halogen flame retardants, it can effectively improve the flame retardant performance, reduce the generation of smoke during combustion, and can adjust the chemical, mechanical, and electrical properties of rubber and plastic products. As a partial or complete environmentally friendly substitute for halogen-containing flame retardants, it is widely used in the processing of plastics and rubber directly, such as PVC, PE, PP, reinforced polyamide, polyurethane, polystyrene, epoxy resin, polyester acid vinyl resin and natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, neoprene, etc.
3.2. It is used in the production of paper, fiber fabric, decorative board, floor leather, wallpaper, carpet, ceramic glaze, fungicide and coating to improve flame retardant performance.
4.Packaging, transportation and storage
Packing: inner plastic and outer woven coated bag, net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Transportation: This product is a non-dangerous product. It is protected from moisture, rain and packaging damage during transportation.
Storage: stored in dry and ventilated warehouse.
